The sweetness of the royal icing perfectly complements the subtle and mellow flavour of the buttery shortbread. The biscuits arrive in a reuseable tin, which means you reuse the tin once you’ve eaten the biscuits! The best way to store the biscuits is to keep them in an airtight container, in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. These will keep for up to 2 months.
