The Bakeonomist was founded in 2020, by Economist and professionally trained Pastry Chef, Simrun Modha. After years of baking as a hobby, Simrun decided to take the plunge.
Our nationwide postal treats are the perfect gift for any occasion. From hand iced biscuits to DIY biscuit decorating kits, there is something for everyone.
And surely the only way to send a gift is through sweet treats….right ?
Having trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, Simrun believes that she has the knowledge and skills to create exciting and delicious sweet treats.
